What the numbers mean
Footage is the price driver.
A single story ranch with a garage return usually runs 120 to 160 feet. Two story homes with dormers and a porch land between 200 and 280. Ridge peaks, trees and pillars add runs on top of that.
We measure before quoting, so the number you get is the number for your house rather than a guess from a satellite photo.
