A strip mall and a 1920s brick storefront need different runs, different clips and different colour temperatures. We measure the facade and cut wire for that building, so the lines follow the architecture instead of a grid of extension cords.

Do you carry insurance for commercial sites?

Yes. We provide a certificate of insurance naming the property owner or manager before we start, which most commercial contracts require.

Can you light a building we do not own?

With written permission from the property owner or manager, yes. We ask for it before the install date so nothing is hung on a building without sign off.
